Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Tradey’s Browns Plains. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase. All returns must be new and in original packaging.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@tradeys.com.au to advise us of the issue and that you would like to return an item. Once we confirm we have received your email, please return the item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your items to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged without prior approval: Any decorated garments.
